Laravel SEO & Themes

Hey,

So one thing that has always been an issue when doing a Laravel project is setting up the SEO & social media meta tags on the website. I know there are a lot of packages that address this issue, but I don't want my marketing material to be in the code.

I've been tackling this issue on and off for some time now and finally decided to solve the problem and make it a self contained package.

The idea is to make dealing with SEO on Laravel as easy as it is on Ghost and WordPress to get indexed on Google ASAP.
