Large and Completed FinTech Real Estate Startup Looking for CTO

QUICK COMPANY INFO:

We provide financial forecasting for all properties within the United States
We have an accurate rent estimation model
We have a database of every property within the United States (~100M records)
We have a database of every rental property that hits the market (~30M properties so far)
We have over 500M pictures of properties
We have over 1k beta users signed up
We have a clear road map to monetization and a professional pitch deck and received early offers that we declined for funding
We have a large network of mentors and avenues for funding
CURRENT TECHNICAL PROGRESS:

We have the entire front end finished
We have the backend on the verge of being done. We need to migrate our servers on Azure to a different service because the queries have too much latency. We need to improve our indexes. Once this is done, we launch beta and grow.
I am looking for an experienced developer with 5 years experience in backend development to join the team. The responsibilities will be to manage all the backend maintenance etc and the other technical partner.

The current team is me and my full stack programmer partner. We are looking to move my partner down from the CTO role and fill it in with someone else with more experience in the backend.
