Looking to build an app that lets you record a video walking from street to your doorstep. We'll compress it as needed, provide you a link to put in delivery notes.
Drivers click link, and they've got a video w/ a friendly UI that helps guide them to your door.
B2B2C, because this would help delivery companies quite a bit I imagine. As a former delivery driver, I know this would be great as well.

Gif idea is interesting, I want user to be able to speed up, slow down, rewind as needed. But I'm still figuring out best direction to go here.
Monetization.. is not straightforward. $$ would have to come from the on-demand/delivery companies. Probably an API integrated with the sign-up flow that matches a cell phone # to their link, and it's integrated into mobile app that driver is utilizing. B2B2C is weird, and i'll have to keep thinking on it.
delivery to apartments isn't going anywhere, and both from a consumer and a delivery driver point of view, I think it will save a ton of headache so I'm excited to start hacking.
