Laugh A LOT! Especially when everything collapses - The importance of not taking things personally

When things don't go the way want it, we tend to grow sad, disappointed, sometimes even depressed.

This state of mind isn't what we really need at that moment, though it seems perfectly justified.

Stress makes us stupid! And that's the fact.
Cortisol makes our brains shrink - literally.

Our stupid selves aren't ideally the ones that should figure out the way how to solve the problem.

Our best ideas come from a very different place - peaceful and full of joy.

The world looks like a child's playground to us when we're goofy, laughing, and high on positive emotions.

At that exact moment, there's no problem for us that couldn't be solved.
All the answers we were so dramatically looking for are flowing with a hyper-speed to us.

So how exactly to bring this positive state when our life is falling?
You have to learn the way to don't take your life personally!

This isn't easy.
I'm far from achieving this, but at the moment I'm having fun just thinking about the possibilities our world provides.

In conclusion - live, love, appreciate the things you have in life, be goofy/silly, and try to have as much fun as you can doing the things you do!

Remember - always look at the bright side of life
