Launch! Churn reduction through user feedback

https://www.watchwork.co/ is live now!!!!!!!

The last past months were a huge up and down. I was so stressed with my other job, that I was more or less procrastinating on my own SaaS project. Now I can finally say that I am willing to launch.
Its so weird. I always tell every founder I meet, that its so important to talk to users, launch early and iterate quick, yet I fell in the same cycle of productive procrastination ... again.

Watchwork helps SaaS startups to reduce churn by getting feedback when users are cancelling their subscription. Doing so they can optimize their product evidence based.

I am planing a lot of things in the future. What my main goal is, is to develop a general analytics you can drop into your application via JS similar to Google Analytics to analyze account movement and predict when churn might occur for certain user groups. Automated marketing or other actions can be triggered if there are signs that a user might churn soon, so you can involve him more in the product development.

Right now watchwork is pretty simple. Just a survey that is automatically generated, where churning users can choose tags and give feedback. Watchwork then shows you the feedback/churn rate in comparison to the last month, the biggest pitfall of your product and the concrete feedback of your users.

I am pretty happy right now to be honest. It took me way too long to finally launch it and to be honest: the biggest problem is the landing page in my opinion. I am not that much of a marketing person and I am not really satified with the current LP. maybe I am switching back to my original one soon.. Lets see how well it performs.

What are the next steps? Well of course getting your feedback! Also I need to push the marketing game up in order to get some customers. My goal is 10k MRR within the next year through constant iteration and optimization. I am a product guy and thats where I want to place my effort.
