Launch Day Tips?

I'm only 4 days away from launching my second product (adcove.io) after my first one was acquired on MicroAcquire about a year back and would love to hear some launch day tips, ideas, feedback, etc. Basically, let's hear what worked and didn't work for you for a successful launch day.

I currently have a waiting list with a few dozen people on it, listed on a couple of different startup lists and free promotion sites, etc. The plan is to launch on Product Hunt once we have a handful of users actually using the product to make sure it's all working properly, hopefully in 2-3 weeks.
