Launch in Small Communities First—It Works Better Than You Think

we recently launched https://peasy.so on Peerlist and despite it being a small and relatively niche community compared to something like Reddit, it has gained us our most traction so far. We launched on the platforms launchpad platform and managed to get 121 upvotes, a ton of great feedback, a couple of active users, both directly and from referrals. This would have been difficult on other platforms as the sheer amount of posts on them would have drowned our efforts in the noise. Our conversion rate from Peerlist is also the highest out of all the other platforms, at 8.2% and even better, a large chunk of the people who have signed up are very active users and have been monumental to finding bugs and refining our product to a point where we are now ready to tackle bigger platforms like Product Hunt!
