Disclaimer: It might hurt your feelings, but still better than hurting the conversions.

1. There is no screenshot of the product, getting a feel of applications UI adds up to the trust.
2. View Pricing CTA is not needed in hero section, let user's try the product for free and nudge only when they hit limits, activated user convert better.
3. "Trusted by Freelancers and Agencies" - this section's design is killing the content, focus on testimonial rather than the name and designation. move content above and remove the blank DP's. The name and designation can be added at the end in lighter color. Keeping a single testimonial in a row and a slider can improve the trust factor.
4. Agitate more on the problem of your ICP - like headache of using different tools for time, invoice and customer management, analytics that highlights the best clients vs worst clients etc.
5. Pricing section is extra on homepage as you are on a freemium model, which is good from user activation point of view.
6. You can use short muted, autoplaying videos to demonstrate features.

Overall, your page will work due to freemium model, but won't be able to exploit its full potential if you don't make above changes.

I think the design is clean. It's good for a launch
