Launch of the Free Beta
The free beta launched to a chorus of crickets. Tagging the 3 users that asked for it in Reddit has resulted in ... 0 installs!
Now begins the real journey of posting to any accepting corner of the internet to get the 10 users needed to enter the Slack marketplace.
Have you tried driving some AdWords traffic to it to see if it converts or there's engagement? Might help figure out some early qualitative feedback. Email the users who sign up and schedule a call with them.

Beta launches can be slow, but don’t give up. Keep sharing in relevant places, and those first 10 users will come. You’ve got this!
