Interesting idea. Providing sample reviews on the site could really help, especially if you intend to monetise the service afterwards.
I will always keep the basic feedback feature free. I want to help startups get feedback and build more companies. Most of the monetization would be through add ons / getting feedback from premium reviewers (users with a lot of experience in that space), companies paying bounties to get more feedback, etc.

Hi, I like the idea. You can create your branding survey similar to TypeForm and Embed it in your website using Blocksurvey.org.

I really like the idea and the design. I don't really like the "typeform ads" though. Is there a plan to remove them?
yup very soon... the intake form would be much more sophisticated, but I am unsure about the questions for now since I want to zone in on what type of feedback most people are wanting.
