If you are giving the same idea and tools to many people, it is likely that many will be competing each other.
I'd be more interested in buying ready made ideas with a domain, landing page, etc. Maybe you could build the MVP and auction it to the highest bidder or sell it at a fixed price. That way only one person would buy each idea and they would pay thousands of dollars for it.
There is a company doing this for expired domains and niche websites. I can't think of the URL right now. Email me if you want to know the name, and I'll keep an eye out
for the next time they send an email.

Exactly! Every month you get access to an MVP project, and you can run with it as if it was yours. If it's not your kind of stuff, you've just learnt how to build it (as I'm gonna share a video tutorial on how I made it as well)
