since the name of the software or company is in the topbar, I would remove it from the "welcome section"
English is not my main language but I would write the title as: "A food delivery and local shopping software for entrepreneurs".
The text mentioned above, should be in the same <h1> tag even if you decide to break it into 2 lines or not.
I would say too much text, try to simplify that or explain things with images or GIF's/animations
The text of the "concept" section should be bigger, with more line-height and shorter.
The "features" section should be more graphical. Text bigger, shorter and more visual!
I think the idea is clear and it's pretty cool!

First it came across to me that this is a shopping platform for local businesses that want to buy local ingredients. Title would be much more clear if it said something like:
Food delivery and local shopping platform
List goods and deliver for your local customer in one place
sorry ... it wasnt clear ... its just a software to launch your own food-delivery and local shopping business !
Here is what I understood- I can order a product on this app from listed shops and it will get delivered to me. If I am a business, I can list my shop on this.
It took me time to understand this from the page. Too much stuff to read. It became more clear from the concept pic on the page. Very heavy words for me as a consumer.

Ya exactly ... if you're looking to start a food delivery business ...
But you can use it to start your local shopping - grocery delivery business also ... and there are less competitors for such business !
