Launched a Free Retrospective Tool for Teams - Feedback Welcome

Hey Indie Hackers!

I'm excited to share a project I've been working on: Discusss.fyi, a SaaS application designed to enhance the productivity of teams during their weekly or bi-weekly retrospective meetings.

The tool aims to streamline the retrospective process with features like collaborative boards, action item tracking, and insightful analytics (coming soon) to measure team progress over time. I believe it can significantly improve how teams reflect and plan for the future.

I built Discusss.fyi because over the years of working in developer teams, I've seen many struggling with retrospectives that were either disorganised or failed to produce actionable insights. My goal is to make retrospectives more engaging and productive.

I'd love to get your feedback on my approach. What features do you think are essential for a retrospective tool? Are there pain points in your current retrospective process that you wish were addressed?

You can check out the tool here: https://discusss.fyi

Any feedback, thoughts, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for your time and insights!
