Howdy fellow indie hackers

If you're like me, you've probably thought of a great business name only to find someone squatting on that domain. It's frustrating and usually I'd end up buying a less optimal .io or .co domain (which I've learnt from @searchbound is less than ideal).

So I was stuck because I wasn't going to spend thousands of dollars to get a .com domain for something that might work.

But recently, I was reading @sahil's book and he was explaining how to get domains that aren't squatted on. The trick was so simple, I couldn't believe I hadn't thought of it.

You just smash two words together, like gum & road, face & book, drop & box to get a new and importantly available domain.

Now because I'm not a walking thesaurus, so I built domain name smash to help me and other indie hackers like you find those domains. You simple smash two words together and it will check if the domain is available.

This is my first project I've launched as an indie hacker, and it has already helped me grab a few domains for future projects.
