Launched a newsletter landing page- Rate it on 10

Hey everyone!
Hoping for some feedback about my newsletter landing page. How much would you rate it out of 10?

What'd you build it with? Looks sleek.

Thanks, I used the Dorik website builder- https://dorik.com/

Good looking landing page, if I were into no-code I probably would subscribe.

A couple things that stood out to me:

    • I really dislike the "How likely are you to recommend this product to a friend or colleague? " banner at the bottom, it's kind of a turn-off. I'm 0 likely to recommend your product because I landed on your page 5 seconds ago and don't know what your product is yet.
    • The "What's New" button isn't your main call to action and is drawing attention away from the mailing list form. I would move this down the page

Outside of those two things I think you have a really sleek landing page. Best of luck with your newsletter!

Thank you for taking a look at my landing page.

The NPS rating feature was turned on by default and I have now disabled it. Also, you are absolutely right, 'What's New' isn't my main CTA and should be pushed to the bottom. Just have a small question, what would you suggest on the navbar instead of the 'What's New' button?

I don't know if you NEED anything in the navbar. What I've done in the past (and this might not be right for you) is a "Join the list" button that scrolls the user to the newsletter signup form at the bottom of the page.

That sounds good and I'll try this out and see if it works out for me. Thanks again :)

This is a good landing page, it's tricky for me to rate out of 10 because I'm personally not interested in regular no code updates. The No Code group on Indie Hackers might be able to share relevant ratings. In the meantime, I've shared some feedback on the landing page itself.

Your hero is good in the sense that it's easy to understand and action however I struggled slightly to understand the value I'd get. The content is certainly there (Thursday mornings, no code news, free) but maybe there is something missing about why your newsletters? I could be wrong but something made me re-read the hero (and particularly the headline) a couple of times. This headline tool might help you to review this, and I wrote this article on creating a powerful headline which might also help. As mentioned, this could just be me so feel free to ignore!

On the newsletter subscription CTA, it's good that you've demonstrated the value and regularity and I think you can further improve it by sharing how many people have already subscribed. This may be encouraging for potential users - again just a suggestion which may be worth testing.

One last minor point, I'd keep "100s of no code resources..." rather than "Hundreds of..." as numbers can stand out better and be easier to digest.

Hope you find this useful, and let me know if you have any queries.

Thank you for the detailed feedback.

I think your first suggestion made me rethink the value proposition that my newsletters would provide. And yes, I'll definitely take a look at the resources that you have mentioned to give me a clearer picture.

I will also test the other minor things that you have pointed out and see the conversion rates.

      Really appreciate your efforts. Cheers!
