launched a powerful, revenue-generating Github tool in less than a month! seeking feedback in exchange for an extended free trial

I am Aarushi - a former software engineer at early-stage startups. Why do startups deploy the SAME recruiting strategies as big tech companies DESPITE having a completely OPPOSITE set of resources, incentives, and desires?!?!

We built Githired to help small teams hrie TOP tech talent RELEVANT to what they're building:

1. find IDEAL tech candidates who have worked on similar projects before via GitHub
2. message and hire ANY developer even if they don't list their contact info on their profile - ONLY through Githired
3. stay up-to-date with top candidates through a weekly newsletter - so you don't have to actively search every day nor week

Through talking to potential customers, Githired as received great feedback along the lines of "super cool tool". But Githired has struggled to acquire customers...
