Launched an affiliate program for my EU accessibility-compliance SaaS — looking for first partners

I just launched an affiliate program for Axlura, and I'm looking for the first few partners.

Quick background: Axlura scans websites for WCAG/EAA compliance issues
and gives instant, AI-powered fix suggestions. The European Accessibility
Act became legally enforceable in June 2025, and most business sites in
the EU currently fail compliance — so there's real, timely demand here.

I built the affiliate system myself (PHP + MySQL + Paddle webhooks) so
there's no monthly tool cost, and it tracks everything automatically —
including recurring commission for as long as a referred customer stays
subscribed.

The offer: 25% recurring commission on every paying customer you refer.

Looking for: web developers/agencies with EU clients, content creators
in the compliance/SaaS space, or anyone with an audience that cares
about accessibility.

If this is relevant to your audience or network, I'd love to have you
on board. Link to the program below — happy to answer any questions
here too.

Accessibility compliance is a smart niche right now with all the new EU rules. Are you targeting agencies as partners, or individual consultants who already advise on this?

Great breakdown. What feedback have you had from early users?

  3. 1

Solid lesson. Which channel has worked best for you so far?

  4. 1

Good write-up. What would you do differently if you started again?

Appreciate the honesty here, most people only share the wins.

The partner types you listed want different deals, and one program cannot really serve both. A content creator with an audience wants exactly what you built: a link, 25% recurring, no involvement afterwards. A web agency with EU clients is not an affiliate at all, it is a reseller. It does not want commission on a subscription the client pays for, it wants seats at a margin so it can bill the client itself, because the client relationship is the thing it is protecting. Offering an agency 25% of a subscription asks them to hand you their client and take a cut, which usually reads as a downgrade. That may be why the agency side is the harder one to sign.

Good point, and you're right. We actually have an Agency plan
(white-label, client sub-accounts, no revenue share) that fits
this better than the affiliate program does. Should've separated
the two pitches from the start — thanks for catching it.

The affiliate model is clear, but the key test is partner quality. Which type of partner do you expect to produce paying customers rather than just program signups?

No data yet, day one. My guess: content creators with an audience
that already cares about accessibility will convert better than
cold signups. I'll come back with real numbers in a few weeks.

Makes sense. I’d be interested to hear what the first numbers look like once you have them — what’s the best email to reach you on?

support@axlura.com works — I'll follow up there once I have real
          numbers to share.

Thanks! I’ve just sent it over.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts whenever you have a chance.
