Launched an email based product: "21 Day challenge" to an audience of 15,000

As I'm writing this, I've generated $441 from it and it's not fully constructed yet, I've sent 3 sales emails in 2 days and plan to leave it open through tomorrow night with a few more pitch emails scheduled for tomorrow.

It's basically a 21-day email sequence of different daily prompts, simple actions to complete each day. I see it as a premium add-on to my newsletter, with a certain format and structure.

I have the benefit of a decent size audience (15k) on one newsletter (Leadership Think Tank) however, I do not have the entire sequence built yet. I have most of the content from previously written material and data from my weekly newsletters or content I've created from past lead magnets and tools built from a course I sell, but I actually only have the first 2 emails written.

It's meant to inspire you, force thoughtfulness, get you to think differently, reflect on, or build a new habit. There are also links and helpful resources as well as a discussion on the experience and inspiration for choosing the particular challenge.

One challenge is that it's not tied to a specific clear result, and I know there are ways to improve it already but what I'm excited about is the accountability I have to produce quality work, combined with a daily deadline that I have to meet (which, don't we all need?)...

I have a lot of respect and gratitude for those who trust me to buy so it really pumps me up to now make something good, every day for the next 3 weeks, even if it is text/curated linked.

Thought of this as a good way to force myself to complete something, and a way to engage my audience with a community based product.
