Launched AureliusTalent — AI career intelligence for Indian job seekers (JD decoder + resume fit + interview prep in one place)

I'm Rishabh, a solo builder from India. I spent months watching people apply to jobs the same way — paste resume everywhere, hope for the best, get no response, not know why.

The problem isn't the resume. It's the intelligence gap.

When you apply to a job on Naukri or LinkedIn, you get zero signal:

- Are you actually a good fit for this role?

- What does the hiring manager actually care about (vs. what the JD says)?

- What's going to come up in the interview?

- Will your resume even pass the ATS?

So I built AureliusTalent.

What it does:

You paste a job description + your resume. You get:

1. JD Analysis — decode what the employer actually wants, hidden expectations, interview focus areas, ATS keywords

2. Seeker Intelligence — "Apply Confidently / Prepare More / Avoid This Role" verdict with your personal fit signals

3. Gap Analysis — exact skill, domain, and experience gaps with a 90-day closure roadmap

4. ATS Studio — keyword optimization, section scoring, formatting risk checks

5. Interview Kit — targeted questions, gap probes, evaluation criteria per role

6. Resume Rewrite, Cover Letter, LinkedIn Optimizer, Career Plan, and more

Everything runs on Gemini 2.5 Flash. Built solo on Next.js + FastAPI + Cloud Run.

Where it stands:

Launched publicly on July 17, 2026. Free tier available — Pro plan at ₹1,499/30 days.

If you're hiring managers, recruiters, or job seekers who want to actually understand what's happening in a job search — try it at aureliustalent.in and tell me what you think.

Interesting product. I like that you're solving the decision problem around job applications instead of only focusing on resume optimization.

I work with early-stage SaaS founders by producing independent talking-head walkthroughs and structured first-time user testing. The goal is to uncover onboarding friction, identify usability issues, and create authentic product walkthroughs that can also be used as launch and marketing assets.

AureliusTalent looks like a strong fit for that type of engagement. If you're considering independent product validation before scaling, I'd be interested in discussing it.

The interesting opportunity isn't helping people apply to more jobs—it's helping them avoid the wrong ones before they invest weeks pursuing them. I'd keep validating whether users return because AureliusTalent generates better career documents or because it consistently improves the quality of their career decisions.
