Launched Compliance Copilot β€” SOC2 + EU AI Act compliance for micro-SaaS from $9/mo (Article 50 deadline in 5 days β€” J-5 countdown)

After 3 weeks of building, I'm launching Compliance Copilot β€” AI-powered SOC2 + EU AI Act compliance for micro-SaaS startups. πŸ”₯ Stripe LIVE: $9/mo Founders Plan (first 20 founders, locked in forever, normally $49/mo). No sales calls. Just sign up and go.

The problem: Vanta/Drata charge $12K-20K/year for SOC2. EU AI Act Article 50 enforcement starts Aug 2 (5 days!). Every AI product serving EU users needs transparency disclosures β€” that's two compliance burdens at once.

How Compliance Copilot helps: AI generates 30+ SOC2 policies, EU AI Act risk-tier classification + Article 50 transparency requirements, gap analysis against SOC2 + AI Act, evidence collection + auditor-ready reports, built-in control monitoring.

Pricing: $9/mo Founders Plan. Stripe LIVE, accepting payments now.

I bootstrapped this after realizing enterprise compliance tools are priced for enterprises ($12K+), not for the 3-person startup closing their first deal or avoiding EU fines. The Aug 2 deadline is REAL.

Built with Next.js + Stripe + Railway. Would love feedback β€” overpaying for Vanta? Worried about the deadline? https://securemymvp.com

The SOC2 example is one of the cleanest before/afters I've seen, "AI-powered compliance automation" vs "Get SOC2 certified in 2 weeks" is almost a textbook case of feature language vs outcome language.

The "we" to "you" shift is equally underrated. It's the difference between a company describing itself and a product speaking directly to the person who has the problem.

If you ever want to apply that same thinking to your onboarding emails and upgrade flow, that's usually where the next conversion lift comes from after the homepage. Happy to take a look at the full funnel if useful.

The interesting wedge here is making compliance accessible before startups are forced into expensive enterprise tooling.

The challenge will probably be turning a deadline-driven purchase into an ongoing habit once the immediate compliance pressure passes.
