What is it: an all-in-one business app for Indian YouTubers. Pitch-to-paid workflow with GST invoices, contracts, payment tracking, rate cards, outreach,
etc.

What I'm doing: instead of paid trial gates, I'm giving every PRO feature free for 3 months until 22 August 2026. No card needed. Want to see if a
generous front-loaded promo + organic referral drives sign-ups better than a paid funnel from day 1.

Referral mechanic: 3 active referrals = +1 month free PRO past August. 6 = +2 months. 10 = +3.

Tech: Spring Boot + React + Postgres on Supabase. Razorpay for payments. Hosted on Vercel + Render.
