I built DAWFlow to maintain my workflow and make troubleshooting easy and effective.
Music production often involves a lot of searching through forums and guides, trying to solve issues or learn how to do something, and often getting answers that don't pertain to your specific setup and context.
Now instead, I open my personal DAW assistant with a simple key command while staying in my DAW session. DAWFlow covers troubleshooting, routing, workflow, and mixing questions. It has a setup page where you enter your computer specs, software, interface, etc., so every answer is based on your exact setup.
The app lives conveniently in the menu bar (Ctrl+Shift+D to open, custom shortcut coming) and also runs in a browser.
In addition to the features mentioned, DAWFlow has:
A screenshot button and attachments for capturing routing, mixer, or error dialogs
Real-time web search built in
Session history
Saved Solutions — compacts successful troubleshoots into step-by-step guides you can come back to
