Launched Dealorio on BetaList today: AI that turns meeting notes into client proposals (Solo build, here where i am at)

Hey IH,

Shipping milestone update on Dealorio, a tool i've been heads-down for a while now.

The problem: The gap between "great discovery call" and "proposal actually sent", was killing momentum on deals. Every proposal meant 2-3 Hours of manually turning notes into something client/ready.

What i built: Paste in your meeting notes (even messy ones), Dealorio generates a polished branded, priced proposal in minutes.

Where i am right now: Just went live on Betalist today, Launching a 99$ lifetime deal(50 spots) to the waitlist to get early revenue and real usage data before moving to subscription pricing.

What i'd love from this community: If you have done an LTD launch before, what actually moved the neddle for you? was Betalist,Product hunt, cold outreach, or something else entirely? and if proposal-writing us a paint point for your own agency/freelance work,i'd genuinely love feedback on whether this solves it.

Betalist link if you want to poke at it:

Happy to answer anything about the build, the stack, the LTD pricing decision.

The 2 to 3 hour gap after a discovery call is real, but the risky part isn't generating the first proposal. It's preserving the agency's judgment, what to leave out, how to frame the outcome, and where to hold the line on scope. I'd test onboarding with three past proposals and measure how many edits are needed before sending, not just generation time. I built DictaFlow partly to capture messy spoken notes right after calls, so a clean notes-to-proposal handoff like this makes sense to me.

I wonder if the bigger challenge is not creating proposals but making sure they still sound personal. If every proposal starts feeling similar clients might notice over time.

How are you keeping the output unique enough that agencies still feel like it reflects their own style instead of an AI generated template?

I'm curious what convinced you the biggest bottleneck is creating proposals rather than maintaining momentum after the discovery call itself.

From your early conversations, did agencies describe proposal writing as the part costing them deals, or was it the delay between the meeting and the follow-up that kept coming up?

Fair point, in my case they were the same thing, i was not slow to follow up, i was stuck writing the proposal for hours, and by the time it sent, momentum from the call was already gone.

        Makes sense.

The interesting part is whether that delay is mainly a writing problem or the workflow gap between the call and a proposal being ready.

Would be interesting to see what patterns emerge as more agencies use it.

Congrats on the BetaList launch — discovery call → proposal gap is real for freelancers/agencies.

Curious where you’ll look for those buyers after BetaList — Reddit/forum replies where they complain about proposal hell, or mostly PH/cold?

If Reddit reply-hunt is in the mix, I can map a free scored sample to Dealorio. If you’re all-in on BetaList/PH/LTD for now, ignore.

Thank you Siromi, i think that i will rather use cold calling as a primary channel of distribution.
