Launched: delivery dispatch for 3–10 driver B2B teams

Built a tiny delivery dispatch SaaS for 3–10 driver B2B teams.

Problem: Sheets + WhatsApp before the truck leaves — pick totals don't match the route sheet, and drivers need a phone-friendly handoff without installing an app.

Solution: paste or CSV-import today's stops → assign drivers → Load Check → publish magic links.

Price: Free for 1 driver / Pro $19/mo.

Looking for 5 teams to try a real morning or afternoon run this week.

Quick update after Product Hunt (Aug 25): launched with ~1 upvote — mostly maker traffic, no ICP conversion. Cold email to info@ also flatlined. If you run or can intro a 3-10 driver B2B delivery shop on Sheets+WhatsApp, reply or email support@getroutesheet.com for a 90-sec Loom / free 1-driver trial.

Quick update after Product Hunt (Aug 25): we launched, ended ~1 upvote — mostly maker traffic, no ICP conversion from launch day. Cold email to generic info@ earlier also flatlined. If you run — or can intro — a 3–10 driver B2B delivery shop still on Sheets + WhatsApp, reply here or email support@getroutesheet.com. Happy to send a 90-sec Loom / free 1-driver trial.

Update: RouteSheet is live on Product Hunt today. Paste stops → Load Check → driver phone links. Built for 3–10 driver B2B teams still on Sheets + WhatsApp. Free for 1 driver. Would love support / feedback ↓ https://www.producthunt.com/products/routesheet?launch=routesheet

The “no app install” part feels especially practical for small driver teams. Getting someone to adopt another app can be harder than the dispatch problem itself.

Curious how the first few teams react to the Load Check + magic-link handoff once they use it on an actual run.

Thanks Aryan — that's exactly the bet. Small kitchens hate another app install; phone links keep the handoff light. Still early on live runs, but Load Check is where the pick vs route totals mismatch usually shows up first. That’s useful to know. I’d be interested to hear what the first live runs reveal — would you be open to sharing the best email to reach you on?

Thanks! I’ve just sent it over.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts whenever you have a chance.
