Launched HostPayout — CSV-first profit tracking for short-term rental hosts

Most rental-finance tools start by asking you to connect your bank through Plaid — which doesn't work outside the US and means handing over credentials. So I built HostPayout as a CSV-first alternative.

You upload the payout and expense CSVs you already have from Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and your bank or card, review and assign each row, and get income, fees, and net profit per property every month. No Plaid, no bank login, any country and currency. Free for up to 5 properties.
