Launched ImagineIf on the App Store – AI-powered collaborative storytelling in 22 languages

Hey IH! Solo founder here. After 6+ months of building, ImagineIf is now live on the App Store. What is it?ImagineIf is a collaborative storytelling platform where people write stories together and AI generates a visual for every contribution. Users add 280-character segments to "Imagine if..." chains — each segment gets its own AI-generated image automatically.Stack: React Native / Expo + FastAPI / Python + FLUX-dev via Replicate (image gen) + Groq/Llama (text moderation & translation) + MariaDB + Celery + RedisWhere things stand today:

Web PWA live + iOS App Store just launched
Android in closed testing
22 languages with automatic translation pipeline
Freemium model (Lemon Squeezy for web, RevenueCat for native IAP)
What I learned:

Biggest solo founder trap: trying to make everything perfect before shipping. Ship, learn, iterate.
AI image costs are more manageable than you'd think — proper free/premium tier separation keeps it under control.
Adding automatic translation to 22 languages had an unexpectedly positive impact on retention.
