Shipped LegalDraft today. A one-time payment alternative to subscription-based legal doc services.
🔍 What it does
Generates 4 legal document templates for your website in under 2 minutes:
- Privacy Policy (GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, PIPEDA, LGPD compliant)
- Terms of Service
- Cookie Policy
- Disclaimer (6 types)
💰 Pricing
- Free: 1 Privacy Policy generation
- $29.99 one-time: Complete bundle, unlimited generations, 1-year template updates
vs Termly ($50/mo), iubenda ($27/mo) — same docs, no subscription.
🛠️ Tech stack
- Next.js 16 on Vercel
- Lemon Squeezy for payments (works from Korea without Stripe Atlas — was the biggest unblock)
- localStorage-based gating for MVP (will move to webhooks after first 100 customers)
- Zero backend
🎯 Why I built it
I was tired of paying $50/month for Termly just to generate a Privacy Policy for each new project I shipped. Legal docs are a "generate once, paste, forget" job — subscription pricing doesn't match the use case.
This is part of a larger micro-SaaS portfolio I'm building solo from Korea. InvoiceZap is next.
🙏 What I'd love feedback on
1. Pricing positioning — does $29.99 one-time feel right vs subscription competitors?
2. The free tier hook (1 Privacy Policy) — does it convert to bundle, or does it feel too limited?
3. Document quality — generate one and let me know if anything's missing
4. UX clarity (tried to keep it Toss-style clean)

Brutal feedback welcome. Especially on document accuracy and pricing.
