Launched MVP: I just launched {Mail~Trail}.

I built this for my own internal needs and turned into a product to see if others could make use of it too. It's email archiving and search for your application. We use sendgrid to send automated emails from our web apps, but often-times I wanted to see which email was sent to whom, search and because we have an archiving requirement I had to set up another email address to bcc. {Mail~Trail} gives you an address to ad tot your bcc for Sendgrid, SES, Mailgun, etc and you can search, archive and invite others to join.
