Launched my AI pre-production tool for YouTubers need help understanding early user behavior

Hey IH community

I quietly launched the beta of my AI pre-production tool for YouTubers a few days ago. It helps creators go from:

Idea → Research → Script → Storyboard

in one workflow.

A couple of early users already logged in, and here’s what I noticed:
• Users sign up and explore
• But many don’t immediately create a project
• No research/script/storyboard runs yet
• They click around for a bit and leave

Before improving onboarding, I’d love feedback from this community.

If you create videos or build creative tools:
• What stops you from starting a project inside a tool the first time?
• Do you prefer templates or a guided flow?
• Should the app auto-create a sample project after signup?
• Does a blank dashboard cause friction?

Beta link if you want to try it: https://beta.clueframes.com

Not selling anything just trying to understand early user psychology and improve the flow.

Any feedback means a lot

    Thanks everyone!

I’m trying to understand how creators start their first project inside a new tool.

If you create videos what’s the first thing you’d expect when you land on the dashboard?
Guided flow, templates, or a sample project?
