Launched my first AI product — it roasts your CV and rewrites it
A few weeks ago I couldn't build a landing page. Today I launched YourCVSucks — an AI called Vera that roasts your resume, scores it out of 100, and rewrites the weak bullets into measurable wins.
Why I built it: I watched friends (and myself) get auto-rejected over and over, fed up with vague advice like "use more keywords." Nothing told you why your CV was actually failing. So Vera does — line by line, no sugar-coating. She flags the buzzwords, the missing metrics, the bullets that read like job descriptions instead of wins, then rewrites them.
The stack: React + Node/Express, Claude API doing the roasting, Razorpay for payments, deployed on Railway. Also listed it on Whop. First product I've shipped end to end.
The model is freemium — the roast is free (no signup, no card), and paid tiers ($9/$19) unlock full rewrites, ATS optimization, and interview prep.

The headline on yourcvsucks is memorable but doesn't answer why this over the other AI CV tools a skeptical visitor has already dismissed. The before/after rewrite demo is the most convincing thing on the page (the "42k to 181k MAU" example is genuinely sharp) but it's below the fold. Most visitors will bounce before they reach the one thing that would actually convert them. Happy to share more if useful. — Ramin
