I launched my first landing page for an iPhone app that I created a while back! 💪

While there DO exist some services online to create and manage landing pages, most cost $10/mo for basic features like custom domain name, SSL, etc.
So I decided to build myself with simple HTML, Boostrap, AWS, and Terraform. Only costs me $0.50 / mo.
While building, I like to focus on creating simple templates for myself to help accelerate any future projects. If you’re interested in the template, see my GitHub repo below:

This is the first iteration of the template. I hope to improve it overtime to reduce the amount of manual steps.
I did a technical review of your website using my product, ValidBot.com. Here are some things I found.
Your website is missing several HTTP security headers, such as HSTS and CSP which help protect your users. These are easy to add.
Your website is lacking some favicon images and a robots.txt file. This is important for branding and SEO purposes. Also easy to add since you already have the icon created and have a simple website, so the robot.txt file can just be mostly blank. Add a sitemap too!
Your site does not have any of the recommended DNS records for email authentication. This means that a bad actor could spoof email from your domain name. Even if you don't plan to send email from magnifyinglight.co you should make an SPF and DMARC record indicating this.

Nice, I would stick to the container size in the header, if you scroll down the width changes. Besides that, solid landing page, clean and simple. I know within 3 seconds what the project is.
Project specific. Doesn't the default camera also have a zoom function? You might want to explain why this is different from using the default camera app.
Thank you! I'll look into the width sizing like you mentioned. I'll also try to find a way to make it more clear as to why the app is different from the regular camera app provided by Apple.
UX: I am regularly around 'aged citizens', in lifestyle villages. So I tested it out with them. They all went to move the slider so they could see it in action.
Could you make it a GIF? interactive?
And I would move the Zoom copy (or the key message)... to be part of the GIF/Interactive -- as they eye has to shift from right to bottom left. Most will miss it.

This is definitely a very lean website.
I am not going to talk about the product since it seems like an internal Camera Function on an app.
Yeah, you don't need fancy website builders. This is nice. Superfast loading thanks to the simple HTML.
Since you on the App Store already, maybe use the "Download on App Store" download button image because people can quickly know it's on the App Store now.
