It looks very nice and I find it very interesting. The only thing is that you have to include a free option. I mean people can ask questions and have someone answer them for free. So there will be two options, one paid and the other free. So little by little you are creating a community.

That's a great shout, I've actually pushed an update yesterday allowing you to post and solve free requests.
Focusing on building exactly that, a community where you can get help when you're stuck. With 1m+ junior devs plus many other seniors learning new languages or frameworks, looks like it's the way to go.
