I don't think it's a good idea to put the product name in your headline. Rather, put a short description of what your tool does there. Like "Show CI Service Failures as Github Pull Requests"
Not sure I follow. Are you talking about the headline on ProductHunt or somewhere else? Looking at the PH front page, I'm pretty sure I've followed the pattern that most other products use.
