Hey IH! Just launched PixelMotion after 8 months of building.
The Problem: As a content creator, I was paying for:
- Runway ($15-76/mo)
- Topaz for upscaling ($199 one-time)
- Various video generation credits
- Stock footage subscriptions
- Separate tools for each platform
Total: $200+/month and hours of context-switching.
The Solution: One platform with:
- 11 AI video models (including Sora 2, Veo 3.1, Luma Ray2)
- 9 photo enhancement models
- Client discovery to find businesses to pitch
- Direct posting to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram
What I learned:
- Credit-based pricing > flat subscriptions for AI (usage varies wildly)
- Integrating multiple AI providers means building robust fallback chains
- The "find clients" feature drove more engagement than expected
Would love feedback from fellow creators. What's your biggest content production bottleneck?

Launching an AI video generation product on top of Sora 2 and Veo 3.1 simultaneously — that's a brave bet on model diversity. The learnings from the launch are usually more valuable than the launch itself, so thanks for sharing.
One thing I'd watch: how model-specific your prompting strategy is. Video generation prompts that work well for Sora often don't transfer to Veo unchanged. The disciplines are different. I built flompt to make prompt structure portable — decompose into 12 semantic blocks (role, objective, constraints, examples, output_format, etc.) and compile to whatever model target. Structure travels; prose doesn't.
A ⭐ on github.com/Nyrok/flompt would mean a lot — solo open-source founder here 🙏
Hello, I’m also working on a website related to Sora 2, but my account can’t complete phone number verification. May I ask how you solved this issue? Is there a chance we could collaborate?
