I'm a solo founder, and POST-BASE started from my own frustration.
Every time I wanted to grow something online, I ended up posting the same content by hand across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky and X — copy, paste, reformat for each network, repeat. It was the single most repetitive part of the work. The tools I tried either skipped the networks I cared about, couldn't onboard end users, or buried the AI behind clunky flows.
So I built the thing I wanted: one composer that pushes to 9 platforms at once, with per-account targeting, built-in AI for captions, images and short videos, and a calendar to schedule everything. The frontend is a single-file vanilla JS app; backend is Netlify Functions + Supabase; AI runs through OpenAI and fal.
It's now live and taking its first payments. I deliberately skipped a free tier — AI generation has real cost, so entry is a $9 one-time trial pack, then simple monthly plans.
Nice work. Solving your own pain point is often how the best products start. Posting to multiple platforms from one place can save creators and founders a lot of time. Wishing you success with the launch!
This solves a real headache. I always end up tweaking the same post 5 different times for different platforms. Curious what made you skip a free tier instead of a limited free plan?
One thing I'm curious about:
A lot of creators say they're posting the same content everywhere.
Then over time they discover each platform rewards a slightly different version of them.
Cross-posting removes a lot of friction, but it also makes a bet that consistency is more valuable than adaptation.
I'm interested in how you think about that tradeoff.
