Launched Revorva. AI-powered failed payment recovery for Stripe
Just launched Revorva publicly after building it for my own subscription business.
I was quietly losing money every month to failed payments. Looked into Churnkey and similar tools. $250/mo minimum. Not happening at my stage.
So I built my own dunning system. It worked well enough that I cleaned it up and made it public.
What it does: connects to Stripe via OAuth in 2 minutes, then automatically retries failed charges on day 0, 3, 7, and 14 while sending AI-written recovery emails that are personalized to your specific business. Not templates. It actually reads your website and calibrates the copy, tone, and subject lines to your product and customers.
Also built a free revenue leak scanner on the homepage that shows you an estimated monthly loss based on your MRR and website. No signup needed to try it.

I like that this started from a problem you were already paying for.
One thing I'd pay attention to is making sure customers attribute recovered revenue to the overall recovery system rather than the AI-written emails. The outcome is what people value—the emails are just one part of how you get there.
