Launched: Saileor - India EOR for global startups

I'm building Saileor, an Employer of Record focused specifically on India. We help global companies hire Indian talent without setting up a local entity.

The problem I kept seeing: founders find great developers in India, then get stuck on compliance. PF, ESI, TDS, professional tax, gratuity, labor laws that vary by state. Global EORs like Deel and Remote cover India, but it's not their focus. When edge cases come up, you're on your own.

We're based in Hyderabad and this is all we do. We can also help source and vet candidates if you don't have someone already.
