Launched social podcast app but not sure how to scale now

Just launched our social podcast app Podstellar ( iOS ). We have now reached downloads of around 2K within 1 month and the 1 day retention is around 20%. We don't know now how to further scale and reach virality as we are spending quite some money in ads. Any inputs are appreciated!
