Launched something useful and heard… nothing?

If you recently launched a product and it’s still struggling to get noticed, I’m looking for new products for IndieNeed: https://indieneed.com/submit

I’m especially interested in products that are:

  • useful but still unknown

  • built by solo founders or small teams

  • looking for first users

  • looking for honest feedback

  • solving one clear problem

No need for a huge launch, revenue screenshot, or big audience.

Just reply with:

Product:
Who it’s for:
What problem it solves:
What you need most right now: users / feedback / testers

I’ll check the replies and new IndieNeed submissions.

Sometimes a good product doesn’t need another feature.

It just needs the right people to discover it.

What are you building that deserves more attention?

This one hits close to home. I launched a developer tool recently and the biggest lesson so far is that “shipped” and “discovered” are completely different problems.

I initially interpreted silence as a product signal, but after looking at the actual reach, almost nobody had seen the post. So now I’m trying to separate distribution failure from product failure before changing the product itself.

I run HungryDevs, I have not submitted yet. Three questions before I do: How do you pick useful but unknown, manual review or auto-accept? After listing, how does a new product get seen first days, recent on top or votes? Do makers get feedback on page, or only visits?
