Launched the MVP for my latest product 🥳

FINALLY! The MVP for my new product Question.to is LIVE! 🥳🎉

Question allows your users to send you questions, bug reports and more as a Loom video (or message), in-browser, with no Loom account/extension required on their end.

When embedding it into your site, you can choose from different themes, as well as adding in a unique identifier automatically for each user. For example, if the Question embed is in your dashboard, you could pass through the user's email or user ID to identify them when they make a submission.

I felt that I couldn't rush this MVP. Since Question is something that users embed into their site, I had to do a load of optimising and testing to get it to the state it's currently in. The script is only ~70kb on page load! as well as that, I've also managed to get a React NPM package shipped on day 1 to make the embed process even easier.

If no user identification is provided, I plan on adding a "Leave your email" section at the end of the message flow so that users can leave their email behind after they send a message.

The Loom recording part isn't supported on every browser, however, it'll automatically hide that option and just show "Message" if it's unavailable.

The homepage is still a work in progress and doesn't have a lot of info. I will add more over to it in the coming days once I start to market the product properly.
