Launched the private beta: Some numbers and needs tips to convert your waitlist to sign-ups

I hope you had some rest this weekend.

I finally launched the MVP of my SaaS Nuelink (nuelink.com).

We had 125 subscribers on the waitlist from which around 65 completed the signup.

From the 65 users who completed the signup, we have around 17 who are actively using the app.

Those users connected around 45 channels (the rest were our testing accounts), created 40+ collections, and around 14 automations.

We have more than 3,5k posts created so far...

Currently trying to figure out ways to:

1. Increase the number of signups from the waitlist.

2. Increase the number of active users of the app.

Do you have any tips on how to approach this?
