Launched: Toqen.app Mobile (closed testing on Google Play)

Hey everyone,

I have just released the first version of Toqen.app Mobile and opened closed testing on Google Play.

Toqen is an access-first authentication approach where login becomes a direct action:

Scan → Confirm → Access

The phone acts as an access key:

— scans a QR

— signs a challenge

— confirms access

No complex flows — just a simple and predictable interaction.

I am currently testing:

— real-world login scenarios

— usability under different conditions

— how natural this flow feels compared to traditional auth
