Launched Townhouse on Product Hunt: a London property app for renters and buyers

Townhouse is a London property app for renters and buyers. Every other portal is paid by agents, so the UX optimises for what’s listed, not what you need to decide. Townhouse works for you instead.

What it does:

• Daily AI-ranked shortlist of new London listings against your brief

• Honest read on each property: lease length, price per sq m, value vs recent street sales, layout quirks

• Remembers what you’ve dismissed, so no repeats

• Books viewings on your behalf

Free, London-only.
