Launching a πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’» dev tool soon, how does our landing page look?

Hi folks,

I'm new to building in public and have seen very helpful comments in this community so giving this a go.

Could you please roast πŸ”₯ https://NudgeNotifier.com πŸ”₯ for me.

Some things I'm looking to hear about are:

  • Do you understand what the product is?
  • Is the product presented in a convincing way?
  • How does it look?
  • Is the humor distracting?
  • Any other miscellaneous thoughts about the product or the website.

In return, I'll happily review your page as well.

    Hi @AmberSahdev.

I just looked at your website and here are my comments:

    Positives:

    1. The website has a very clean look.
    2. The message is clearly defined.

    Possible improvements:

    1. I would suggest you put the main msg and sign-up form in the fold. It's important to give users immediate information on what your product is and the main msg without scrolling. This also is true for main cta. If the main cta is form signup then it should be in the fold.
    2. I like that you cover the pain point but I think it should be more visible and maybe accented with an image.
    3. Programmers are technical people so I would recommend giving a quantifiable benefit as well.
    4. Below the fold you could mention a few features the product has.
    5. This is really subjective but for tech products, I would use Sans-serif font instead of Serif font.

Thanks for the detailed feedback, @RaimondsSaaS.

Let me think on how to incorporate 1 without compromising on what I convey through the screenshots. But good point on moving the CTA higher!

Did you find the message convincing, and were the humor elements distracting?

Took literally 10 seconds to load for me and I completely did not get it until I scrolled down further (the phone took forever to load and had no idea what the slack notifications are supposed to tell me)

    Hope this helps :)

Good: The content itself is clean.
Bad: The website is poor to navigate.

Hey @SiavoshZarrasvand, thanks for checking it out.
Could you please expand on what you found poor to navigate?

For example, the menu buttons are splashed on opposite sides of the page.

          Gotcha, thanks for the feedback.
About content, did you find the humor distracting or did it flow well with the narrative?

Nothing I noticed in a negative way.
