Launching a IOS Beta Test of my first app

Hey all I will be Launching an iOS beta for my first IOS app. A passion project for managing boating provisions. I am experienced in enterprise dev, but this is my first IOS app, scratch a itch type of project - see where it goes. I have a day job so don't need it to succeed to eat but would like to make money off it at some point, its written in SwiftUI. Should I have a members area for beta access and post the public link there or just post the public link here? looking for advice. Thanks!
