Launching Botsify: White-Label AI Agents for Agencies 🚀

Hey Indie Hackers! 👋

I'm excited to share Botsify with the community - a white-label AI chatbot and agents platform built specifically for agencies.

The Problem We're Solving:

Most agencies want to offer AI automation to their clients, but building chatbot software from scratch requires engineering teams and months of development. Meanwhile, their clients are asking for AI solutions NOW.

Our Solution:

Botsify lets agencies resell AI chatbots and agents under their own brand - completely invisible to end clients. No coding required, no engineering team needed.

What Makes Us Different:

🤖 Prompt-based agent creation (not workflow-based) - just describe what you want

🏷️ True white-label - your logo, your domain, your pricing

⚡ 5,000+ integrations via MCP (Model Context Protocol)

🌍 Deploy across all channels: WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, SMS, Slack, Email, Web

📊 150,000+ users worldwide

For Agencies:

Launch your own branded AI automation platform and serve clients efficiently without building software. Replace up to 90% of repetitive work.

Pricing:

Starting at $1,490/year for agencies

Would love to hear your thoughts! What challenges are you facing with AI automation for your clients?

You have already found the sharp position most in your space miss, and this post leads with it: you are not selling chatbots to businesses, you are selling agencies the ability to become an AI company without engineers, invisible to their clients. That is the arms dealer, not the soldier, and it competes with almost nobody, because ManyChat and Intercom sell to the end business, not to the reseller. Keep leading with the agency.

The one differentiator to pull to the very front, because it is what makes the whole promise true, is "prompt-based, not workflow-based, just describe what you want." An agency's entire problem is that it cannot build, and a workflow builder still needs someone to build the flows. "Describe the agent in a sentence and it exists" is the thing that lets a non-technical account manager spin up a client's bot in minutes, which is the difference between "white-label platform" and "you actually become an AI agency on Monday." The 5,000 integrations and the channel list are proof, but that one line is the wedge.

And make one promise loud, because it is the entire trust of a reseller relationship: you will never sell to their clients directly. An arms dealer who might arm your enemy loses the deal, so "completely invisible to end clients" should be a stated, permanent commitment, not a feature. To your question, the biggest challenge agencies hit with AI automation is not building it, it is being blamed when it answers a client's customer wrong, so the thing that wins their loyalty is control: easy human handoff, guardrails, and a clear "you approve before it goes live." Sell the control, not just the automation.

The $60K and $40K ARR case studies are exactly what an agency wants to see — strong proof. One thing confused me though is Botsify a platform I build on myself, or does your team build it for me? Both seem to be on the same page. A first time visitor doesn't know which one to click.
