Launching ConvortAI on Product Hunt
Hey Indie Hackers,
I’m launching ConvortAI on Product Hunt tomorrow.
ConvortAI helps WhatsApp-based businesses reply faster, answer customer questions, collect order details, send saved templates/media, and manage follow ups from one dashboard.
I built it because many small businesses depend on WhatsApp every day, but manual replies become difficult when messages increase.
The goal is simple: help businesses save time, avoid missed leads, and handle customer chats better.
Launch offer: free setup support for the first 10 businesses.
I’d love your feedback, support, and ideas on what integrations would make ConvortAI more useful.

WhatsApp's become critical for small businesses but the tool wasn't built for that. Smart problem to solve.
How are you handling WhatsApp API costs though? That's usually where these hit a wall with margins. Are you absorbing it or passing it to customers?

Thanks Dan, you’re right. That cost side can break the margins fast.
At the moment, ConvortAI is not built around WhatsApp Cloud API per-message pricing. The main costs are AI usage, voice/media processing, and infrastructure.
So I’m not treating it as unlimited usage. Plans have limits, and higher-volume businesses would need usage-based top-ups or bigger plans. That way small businesses can start affordably, but heavy users don’t break the margins.
