When I started building, I quickly realized a hard truth. I wasn’t short on ideas or motivation. I was short on clarity.
I spent hours consuming podcasts, blogs, and attending networking events. Everyone talked about execution, but no one told me how to execute based on my reality—limited time, limited resources, and a full-time job. Beyond building the app, I had no clear roadmap.
