Launching & Growing Data analytics as a productionized service

Hi everyone, I'm Abhishek, founder of GrowthGear, a design & technology studio based in India. Two years ago, my college best friend and I started GrowthGear and since then, we've had the wonderful opportunity to work with multiple startups and Fortune 100 brands such as Pepsico, Samsung, Twitter, and others. We offer design and technology services, building out internal applications (enterprises) and helping startups go from 0 -> 1 (MVP).

Recently, we've been looking into data analytics, and we'd like to package it as a service and sell it as a subscription service to startups. We've tried packaging design as a service before, but we unfortunately lost out due to poor marketing strategies and a lack of customers.

We're looking for advice on getting that first 10 customers for a productionized service like this in B2B. We'd prefer not to spend a lot on marketing, and we've primarily gotten our clients in our agency through word of mouth/referrals, so we're a bit at a loss as to how to take it to the next level. Our pricing plan is $2499/month (for a dedicated data analyst + project manager), and our services include extracting insights from data, building dashboards, and creating internal reporting and tracking tools.

I've learnt a lot through the Indie hackers community and I can't thank them enough for the help and support they've given me. In fact, my entrepreneurial journey has been inspired by the many stories I've read here. I'd be incredibly grateful for any advice or feedback from this wonderful community.
