Launching iSawDesign, unlimited web and graphic design subsciption

Hello IndieHackers! I hope you are all doing fantastic! This is my first post here, I just discovered Indie Hackers, and I'm lovin' it!

I've launched a few products in the past, but I'm aiming for something fresher.

I'm launching iSawDesign. A subscription service that includes unlimited web design + graphic design for a monthly price.

https://www.isawdesign.co

I'm looking for feedback from the Indie Hacker community. If you have any suggestions, you'll put a smile on my face.

  • I'd like to know if my landing page describes my product in a way that's easy to understand
  • I'd like to know if the pricing looks low / fair / right
  • I'd like to know if the differences between the plans are clear enough

Thanks, and happy indiehacking!

Hi there....a few things I noticed:

    In response to your questions:

    • I feel that your LP describes what you're selling very clearly.
    • Also, the differences in plans are pretty clear based on what you've listed.
    • The pricing model isn't as intuitive to me, however. The customers you're targeting will need to have a large volume of work to make it worthwhile. At the same time, your natural incentive, whether it's intended or not, is to extend projects for as long as possible to keep customers paying the weekly/monthly fee. Without rock-solid promises for delivering projects on a set timeline, I can see customers being very hesitant to sign up for this. And once projects extend past the promised timeline, trust will start to degrade. Take it for what it's worth, but my view is that project-level pricing with a smaller "retainer-like" monthly fee is the right fit.

    More tactically,

    • When I click "How it Works," the heading itself is cut off by the nav bar.
    • When outside of the home page, clicking "How it Works" doesn't work.

    Hope that helps,
    Andy

Awesome thank you for that great feedback. I really appreciate it. Will work to fix it asap.

And will sure consider to add an option for on demand requests like you suggested.

      Thank you again 😊
